There have been several events recently concerning masterplanning for the 2500 home development in NE Thatcham(NET). The masterplan will form the basis for determining future planning applications for NET. One event which you will wish to be aware of is an informal drop in session from 1630-2000 on Friday 24th April in the Memorial Hall, Upper Bucklebury. The aim is to allow residents of Bucklebury to have their say on this development. There will be similar sessions in Thatcham and Cold Ash next week. The relative short notice of this session is regrettable but your PC was only made aware of it yesterday (Monday 13th April).

May I encourage you to attend. The masterplan will form the basis for determining future planning applications for NET. Your parish councillors will be at the session to offer advice and support.

More details are given in a West Berks Council leaflet being distributed to residential properties in Bucklebury later this week.
